One-of-a kinds are ordered on a first come-first serve basis...phone calls are encouraged....you can call between 10 am and 8 pm CST. We accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks in US dollars...payable to : The Mad Hatted Bear. I do ask that payment is received by us within 14 days. Wire transfers in US dollars for International orders are acceptable also...email meer2@execpc.com for information. For credit card purchases...we accept Paypal for confirmed addresses only. Once you place the order via email or phone call and we check on the availability of the bear, we will email you a link to purchase via Paypal Special orders require a deposit of 30% and full payment due two weeks before shipping. Sorry no COD. Layaway available for previous customers....deposit required....call for information.
One-of-a-kinds are shipped within 2 days of check clearing or immediately if money order/cashiers check is received. Special orders require a 4-8 week shipping time .... depending on the current order schedule. Emergency orders are possible...call and we can discuss available shipping date. Shipping rates are dependent on location...please give choice of US Mail or UPS when placing order. International orders are always welcome ! Each shipment is insured for the full price. If you would like another carrier, just let us know. Wisconsin sales are charged appropriate sales tax.
